I’m Nirav Panchal, a Technical Delivery Lead and Systems Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the New Zealand IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) ecosystem. Currently at OxygenIT, I lead engineering delivery, project work, and client support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, WatchGuard, Datto, and enterprise-grade security solutions.

Beyond delivery, I focus on people and processes—coaching teams, refining workflows, and aligning IT services with business outcomes. I’m also exploring independent consulting opportunities, particularly around AI adoption, vCISO services, and future-ready MSP solutions

How it started

I remember having a computer at our house with Windows 95 in my childhood days. My dad being a tech enthusiast always made sure we had the latest tech in house. This grew the passion and curiosity inside me and made me want to choose tech as my carrier.
